  • I facilitated co-creation sessions with different teams to transform findings into innovation strategies within the newspaper's ecosystem.

  • I conducted market research to identify user needs and translate them into new product strategies, such as new sections or verticals of the newspaper. 

  • I acted as a bridge between the business and key stakeholders (journalists and executives), ensuring that strategic decisions were based on research insights.

  • I implemented processes based on Research Operations (ReOps) to democratize access to insights and promote the use of research as the basis for decision-making.

  • I applied qualitative and quantitative methods, such as interviews, surveys, focus groups, shadowing, usability tests, and service blueprints, to map the user ecosystem.

  • I designed and facilitated events and talks on user experience, accessibility, and strategic design, promoting learning and collaboration among teams (e.g., design and development).

  • I coordinated the planning of activities with other organizers and speakers, ensuring relevant content aligned with industry needs and an average attendance of 50 attendees per event.

  • I strengthened the visibility of the community by attending networking events, using social media, and forming alliances with local and international initiatives.

Within the innovation team, I led research strategies for the Havaianas brand, covering the markets of Brazil and EMEA. My work combined user research, future trends, and strategic design, with the goal of anticipating opportunities and developing innovative solutions based on real insights.

Main responsibilities and achievements:

  • I designed and implemented qualitative and quantitative research plans to support strategic decision-making in the markets of Brazil and EMEA. I highlight my participation in the Havalovers ID Global EMEA project, an international market research to map the behavior of fans and potential audiences of the brand in Europe. 

  • I managed the online community HavaCommunity - with a user base of 5000 brand lovers - where research was conducted every 15 days, with a completion rate of over 94%. I also wrote a monthly newsletter with data and key strategic insights aimed at informing 5 different areas of the business. 

  • I facilitated co-creation workshops with multidisciplinary teams (customer service, marketing, and product) and key stakeholders, transforming findings into innovation initiatives for the brand.

  • I participated in designing new methodologies and in creating the Futures Design area, consolidating tools and processes (future scenario creation, backcasting, STEEP analysis, trends and weak signals, foresight workshops, among others) to integrate future thinking into the company's innovation strategy.

Additionally, I contributed to the facilitation of co-creation sessions and conducted usability tests to validate and optimize the designed solutions.

  • I introduced and consolidated the UX Writing discipline within the consultancy, leading key initiatives such as the creation and facilitation of internal training on UX Writing and its integration into the design process.

  • I designed and executed qualitative and quantitative research, conducting interviews, surveys, and tests with end users to improve products and services.
