ABOUT ME

I am a designer passionate about understanding how people interact with the technology and systems around us to create more human, strategic, and meaningful experiences.

I believe that designing is not just about creating products or services, but understanding the ways in which people inhabit the world, the stories that shape them, and the meanings they weave in their relationship with the digital. My work as a UX Researcher and Service Designer arises from a curiosity about human behavior, the art of empathetic listening, and a desire to build experiences that respect our complexity, making the relationship between people and technology more intuitive, ethical, and healthy.

From ethnography to strategic research, I utilize diverse methodologies to decipher patterns, unearth needs, and transform insights into solutions that not only solve problems but also generate real impact. I believe in design as a way of anticipating possible futures, building more innovative and resilient businesses, and designing interactions that care for both those who use technology and the world we inhabit.

Research is, for me, a practice of presence: being with an open body and senses, exploring without preconceptions, allowing reality to challenge me before attempting to explain it. Because knowing the human being is not just a matter of method, but of willingness to listen and humility in the face of its infinite complexity.
